Email: edger@pike.k12.ga.us

It is a privilege to serve as your District #1 Board of Education member. I will be an instrumental partner in the continued success of Pike County Schools because I believe all children deserve a great education. I will put students first in all aspects of the school district function. It is my honor to serve the students, faculty, and citizens of the Pike County School System.

I received a B.A. in Finance from Mercer University, as well as a graduate of the Pacific Coast Graduate School of Banking. As a member of the Pike County Kiwanis Club and Past Chairman of the Board for the Pike County Chamber of Commerce I feel that my involvement will help me serve the community, as well as grow as an educational leader.

I reside in Williamson with my wife Laura, who is a 2nd grade teacher at Pike Primary. We have two children, Harrison and Morgan. Harrison is currently in first grade at Pike Primary and Morgan will register for Pre-K for the 2011-2012 school year.

Again, thank you for electing me to serve you.
